Holocaust denial is anti-Semitism. It is also ignorant, irrational,
and violative of all standards of historical scholarship.It must be
opposed forcefully. It is part and parcel of fascist "thinking"
and "neo"-Nazi (new Nazism is the same as old Nazism) organizations.
The fact that Israel and U.S. Imperialism are threatening Iran is no
reason for us to soft-pedal our condemnation of holocaust denial or
of anti-Jewish prejudices. Neither is anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial
in Iran a legitimate excuse to support U.S. or Israeli schemes and plans
for attacks against the sovereignty of Iran. The left must always speak
out against anti-Semitism and all forms of racism and national hatred.
We have to fight also for peace, the right of national self-determination,
and an end to imperialism. Anti-Zionism yes, anti-Semitism no!!! -Rob
